  • Orders below ₹299 may be charged a standard shipping fee (displayed at checkout).

📦 COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders – Verification Required

To prevent fake or incomplete addresses, we verify all COD orders for authenticity.

  • If we have any doubts regarding the address or phone number, we will call or WhatsApp the customer for confirmation.

  • Only verified phone numbers and confirmed addresses will be shipped.

  • Unverified COD orders may be canceled without notice.

  • Standard Processing Time: 1 Day
    Most orders are packed and processed within 24 hours.

  • No Processing on Sundays or National Holidays
    Orders placed during off-days will be processed the next business day.

  • Fast Dispatch

We ship exclusively through trusted courier partners and major logistics networks to ensure safe and timely delivery of sacred products like Rudraksha, Parad items, Yantras, and spiritual accessories.

If courier service is unavailable for your pincode, we will inform you via WhatsApp or call.

🔍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • A tracking number

  • A link to track the shipment in real-time

Tracking updates may take 12–24 hours to show after dispatch.

📦 Undeliverable & Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If the courier cannot deliver after 2–3 attempts, the parcel may be returned to us (RTO).

  • For COD orders, re-shipping is not free.

  • For prepaid orders, refunds (after deducting shipping charges) will be issued as store credit only.
