Payment Policy

1. Accepted Payment Methods

Aadiyogi Store accepts all online payments securely through the PhonePe Payment Gateway Plugin, which supports:

  • UPI Payments (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm UPI, BHIM UPI, etc.)

  • Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay)

  • Credit Cards

  • Net Banking (all leading banks)

  • Wallet Payments (as supported by PhonePe)

All payments are encrypted and processed via PhonePe’s RBI-compliant, secure payment infrastructure.


2. How PhonePe Payments Work

When you proceed to payment at checkout:

  • You will be redirected to the PhonePe secure payment page.

  • You can choose UPI, Card, Net Banking, or Wallet.

  • Once payment is completed, PhonePe automatically confirms your transaction.

  • Your order will only be processed after we receive successful payment confirmation.

We do not store any card, UPI, or banking information.


3. COD (Cash on Delivery)

If COD is enabled:

  • COD availability depends on your pincode.

  • Only verified phone numbers and addresses will be eligible for COD shipment.

  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to blocking COD access.


4. Failed / Pending / Stuck Payments

If your payment fails or remains pending:

  • PhonePe may take 5–7 working days to auto-reverse a deducted amount.

  • Aadiyogi Store cannot expedite this process as refunds are handled directly by the bank/payment processor.


5. Secure Payment Processing

All transactions are handled by the PhonePe Payment Gateway using high-standard encryption and multi-layer fraud protection.
This ensures:

  • Safe transactions

  • Encrypted data transfer

  • Protection against unauthorized access

Your financial details remain private and never stored on our servers.


6. Invoice & GST

After successful payment via PhonePe:

  • You will automatically receive an email containing your digital invoice.

  • All prices on the website are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.


7. Payment Disputes

If you face issues related to payment status, failed debit, or technical errors:
