Refund & Replacement Policy

We clearly publish product details (size, weight, material, benefits) in every product description. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

To initiate any return or replacement, you MUST provide a full unboxing video, from opening the parcel to showing the product clearly.

For COD orders using partial prepaid:

The nominal fee (Rs. 59) charged on Partial Prepaid is non-refundable.
In case of RTO (Return to Origin), the customer may use the prepaid amount for placing a future order.
No monetary refund will be provided for the partial prepaid amount.

To be eligible, the item must be:

All eligible products from AadiYogi.store are covered under a 6-month color fading or material degradation replacement policy.

Customer must share clear product photos with us.
Customer will get a one-time free replacement.
Customer will pay only ₹100 Shipping & Handling Fee (prepaid only).
Cash on Delivery is not allowed for this fee.
Customer may choose to keep or return the old product at their own courier cost.
Damaged or misused items are NOT covered.

This applies ONLY to eligible categories and excludes premium sacred items like Nepali Rudraksha (details below).

Our team will verify the claim using the shared photos/video.
Decision of our team is final.
A flat ₹100 return charge applies for approved returns on size issues (if applicable).
For Prepaid Orders, if delivery fails due to customer unavailability, refunds (after deducting shipping fees) will be issued as store credit only.
We are not responsible if the customer pays more cash to the courier than the COD amount shown on the parcel.
Requests made after 1 day of delivery will not be accepted.

AadiYogi.store issues monetary refunds only in exceptional situations, such as:

Refunds (if approved) will be sent only to Bank Account / UPI ID via NEFT/IMPS/UPI.

No cash refunds or COD refunds will be provided.

If eligible, we will schedule a return pickup.
After receiving and inspecting the product:
- Approved returns will receive store credit (discount code or gift card) for future purchases.

If courier pickup is not available in your pincode:
You must self-courier the item to our address. Replacement will be sent after inspection.

Please inspect your parcel as soon as you receive it.
