1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier.

  • Once an order has been packed, shipped, or handed over to the courier, it cannot be cancelled.

  • To request a cancellation, customers must contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with their Order ID and registered phone number/email.

2. Cancellation of Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders are verified before dispatch. If a customer fails to confirm the order, we reserve the right to cancel the order automatically.

  • Repeated COD order cancellations or refusals at delivery may result in future COD restrictions for the customer.

3. Cancellation by Aadiyogi.store

We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following situations:

  • Product is out of stock or unavailable

  • Incorrect pricing or product information due to technical errors

  • Incomplete or unverifiable address/contact details

  • Suspected fraudulent or high-risk transactions

  • Non-verification of COD orders

In such cases, customers will be informed and any prepaid amount will be refunded as per our Refund Policy.

4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • Prepaid Orders: If an order is cancelled before shipment, the refund will be processed to the original payment method or in-store wallet, depending on the situation.

  • COD Orders: No refund is applicable as no payment is collected in advance.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable once the order is processed.

Please note that refunds, where applicable, may take 5–10 business days to reflect.

5. Modification of Orders

  • Order modifications (address, phone number, product change) are allowed only before shipment.

  • Once the order is dispatched, no changes or cancellations can be made.

6. Important Notes

  • Cancellation requests made after shipment will not be accepted.

  • Refusal to accept delivery is not considered a valid cancellation.

  • Any abuse of cancellation or return policies may lead to account restrictions.
